Flooring America Warranty Information

We will periodically check-in with you to ensure your questions are answered and you understand the proper maintenance to keep your new Fort Collins interior design solutions looking their best. You’ll hear from us:

  • The day of your installation
  • The day following your installation
  • Three months after your installation
  • Six months after your installation
  • One year after your installation

Of course, we’re always available. If you have questions at any time, please give us a call.

A few weeks after a project’s completion, you will receive a follow-up survey call. You will be asked to rate your overall experience with Eheart Interior Solutions, your salesperson, and the installation technicians. Our salespeople and installers are enrolled in the Flooring America Star Service Program. Every six months, we receive a rating based on customer feedback. In 2005 and 2006, Eheart Interior Solutions received the National Service Award – an award that speaks volumes about our commitment to delivering an experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Our warranties require compliance with the manufacturer’s recommended care and cleaning instructions and are void if not followed. Please read the manufacturer’s warranty information carefully for care and cleaning instructions.
